As I step into a new chapter of my life, I find myself reflecting on the days when I balanced work with a young family. I treasure the memories of those times, wonderful blessings - celebrating with friends and family, organizing themed birthday parties, whether it was fairies or superheroes for the kids, a milestone birthday, planning Easter egg hunts, dressing up for Halloween trick-or-treating, and decorating the Christmas tree with baubles. Time truly flies!

 

I’ve built a full career that I am deeply grateful for. I’m a loving wife and a proud mom of two, actually four with Hugo and Mochi. The girls are not little anymore and have grown into their own, two beautiful ladies. My family, my greatest pride and joy.

 

As I embrace a new season of life, full of beauty and possibility, the dream I hold in my heart still shines brightly. With my whole family beside me, I embrace this dream, ever fresh like the scent of a cake just out of the oven, that calls to me - my bakeshop.

For as long as I can remember, through life’s highs and lows, whether time rich or time poor, I have held on to this dream, my passion for baking cakes, sweets, and creating moments that bring people together. My love for baking is so much more than the art of mixing flour and sugar - it’s the joy of friendship shared over warm pastries, the celebration of life’s sweetest moments around a beautifully set table, and the satisfaction of making someone’s day a little brighter, a little more magical.

With every cake I bake, there is love, and with every treat I create, there is the joy of being part of someone’s milestone -whether it’s a victory, a new beginning, or simply a moment of shared joy. My dream is to continue spreading that love and happiness, to build a place where dreams rise like dough, and where every bake carries a celebration of life, friendship, and the beauty of dreams fulfilled.
